I come from a vibrant town of Dharmanagar. This is a history and culture so rich, where I grew up. That has been part of what drives my storytelling today. Uncovering unsung heroes to explore the beauty and complexity of North East India-all this, in an effort to bring fresh perspectives to topics that matter.


As an author, I’ve penned works that range from historical insights to thought-provoking commentary. My book, The Dharmanagar Doctrine, reflects my love for blending local narratives with global ideas, while my upcoming projects dive deeper into North East India and beyond.


Outside writing, I am significantly involved in public discourse. Starting from Productive sessions to Representing my Region at a greater range, I believe that conversations need to be shaped so that they create positive change.

According to history, the sites of the Kumbh are the four sacred points where drops of Amrit fell, believed to cleanse all sins accumulated through human existence.
